  • Contract Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector , is seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst to join their team in Maplewood, MN .
As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting procurement, maintenance, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Function:
Analyze MRO stockroom and indirect spend data across enterprise platforms including SAP, SAMS/MAXIMO, and PeopleSoft Extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets using Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, and other analytics tools Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support supply chain and procurement decision-making Partner with internal teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Maintenance, Operations) to align insights with business objectives Collaborate and communicate effectively with third-party vendors and service providers to address data discrepancies, performance issues, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, MRO stockroom, or indirect spend analysis 2+ years of experience working with enterprise systems such as
SAP, MAXIMO
(SAMS), or PeopleSoft Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis) Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively work with internal teams and external vendors/partners What's in it for me?
