Ensure the hospital is always stocked and ready for anything Manage inventory accuracy, par levels, and product flow Partner with vendors to secure best pricing and reliable supply Reconcile orders, invoices, and resolve discrepancies Identify inefficiencies and drive smarter processes Maintain organized, efficient storage and ordering systems Support audits, reporting, and inventory strategy Qualifications Experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain (2+ years) Medical or veterinary experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Confidence working with data, systems, and spreadsheets (Excel) A proactive mindset—you don't wait for problems, you solve them Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships About
