Manufacturing - About the Role We are partnering with a global leader in manufacturing and innovation to identify a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator This organization operates in a highly regulated, fast-paced production environment and is known for delivering advanced materials and solutions across a wide range of industries. This role will play a critical part in ensuring efficient production planning, supplier coordination, and inventory management to meet customer demand and optimize operational performance. Job Description The Supply Chain Coordinator will support production and supply chain operations by managing planning and scheduling activities across manufacturing work centers. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with planning, engineering, and operations teams to align production output with customer requirements and forecasts. Key responsibilities include overseeing material procurement and supplier communication to ensure continuity of supply, as well as monitoring production performance and driving improvements in operational efficiency. The role will also involve managing system parameters, optimizing planning data, and actively identifying and resolving capacity constraints. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels, including the reduction of non-working inventory, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts through participation in structured operational processes such as tier meetings. Qualifications Required Qualifications Experience in supply chain, production planning, or operations within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of production scheduling and work center planning concepts Experience managing supplier communications and material procurement activities Ability to analyze production output and identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements Experience managing capacity planning, including identifying and resolving production constraints Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Experience working with planning parameters and optimization tools/systems Ability to manage and reduce non-working or excess inventory Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field Experience working in a large, complex manufacturing organization Familiarity with ERP or advanced planning systems Experience participating in structured continuous improvement or tier-based operational processes Benefits Dahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family's needs.
