Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Support business processes and process improvements for the organization's hub with minimal supervision. Execute GDP/GMP processes, manage outbound and inbound distribution schedules, and oversee the creation of shipping documents and coordination of shipping supplies. Develop and maintain key performance indicators, training materials, and standard operating procedures for area management. Lead or support cross-functional projects, facilitate meetings, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Required:

Demonstrated experience with SAP systems, GMP processes, and execution against SOPs. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum of a bachelor's degree and 2 years of life science or business experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry; OR associate degree and 6 years' experience; OR high school diploma/GED and 8 years' experience. Ability to quickly learn new responsibilities, handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
