Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Planning Manager to join a Contract opportunity supporting a growing Consumer Health Care portfolio in Bedminster, New Jersey. This position will balance day-to-day execution with longer-term planning to help maintain product availability, support customer service goals, and keep inventory levels aligned with business needs. The role partners closely with global suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external manufacturing partners to strengthen supply continuity and enable market growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct supply planning activities for the U.S. market to maintain consistent product availability while balancing inventory efficiency across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate with international supply partners and parent-company teams to align production timing, replenishment priorities, lead times, and inventory expectations.
  • Monitor potential disruptions such as capacity limitations, launch readiness issues, and inventory imbalances, and implement practical response plans to reduce service risk.
  • Develop and deliver clear updates for leadership on supply results, inventory projections, financial considerations, business risks, and recommended actions.
  • Partner with teams across sales, marketing, finance, customer service, quality, and external vendors to drive aligned supply chain decisions and execution.
  • Manage procurement and inbound supply flow for finished goods sourced through global manufacturing relationships.
  • Oversee repacking and co-packing schedules in the domestic market, ensuring packaging demand, product availability, quality standards, and delivery timing remain synchronized.
  • Support product launches, packaging updates, and other portfolio changes by building supply readiness plans that protect continuity and execution.
  • Guide inventory control processes, including reconciliation activities, stock segmentation reviews, and mitigation planning for excess or obsolete materials.
