Manawa Elementary, Manawa Middle/Little Wolf High School Schedule:

On-call / As needed (flexible assignments)

Pay:

Competitive hourly rates (Varies by position) Substitute Roles and Responsibilities Custodian Maintain cleanliness and safety of school buildings and grounds Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks Assist with event setup, snow removal, and other duties as assigned Paraprofessional Support teachers and students in the classroom Work one-on-one or with small groups of students Assist with instruction, behavior management, and supervision Food Service Worker Prepare and serve meals in accordance with nutrition guidelines Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and cafeteria Operate kitchen equipment and follow food safety procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required for most roles) Ability to work in a school setting and follow safety protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Background check (required) Experience in schools or similar settings is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
