Information TechnologyTRICOR is in growth mode and looking to add an IT Support Technician. This role is responsible for providing support and assistance to internal staff by phone, email, remotely and/or in person relating to business applications and operating systems. Ideally, we are looking to fill this role in our Lancaster, WI office, but would also consider our office location in Platteville, WI. As an

IT Support Technician:

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in a related area of business information technology; or two or more years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Understand the Information Technology world/ industry from the insurance perspective Proficiency with MS office software products; Applied Systems EPIC software is preferred Day travel to and from various TRICOR locations
