Support Worker
This person has Autism and behaviours that may present as challenging — and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.
What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine. Their favourite activities include arts and crafts, pottery.
To help them make the most of these outings, we're looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence.
What you'll be doingAs a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.

Complex CareAutismEpilepsyBehaviours that may be perceived as challengingMental Health supportJust as important is your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and build positive, trusting relationships.
