Shift pattern: 08:00-20:00, 20.00-08.00 including sleeping shiftsA meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullestWe are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Truro.

This person has Autism and behaviours that may present as challenging — and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.

What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine. Their favourite activities include arts and crafts, pottery.

To help them make the most of these outings, we're looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence.

What you'll be doingAs a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.

Your day might include:

Providing high‑quality supportCreating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the communityEncouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeingSupporting communication in the way that works best for themHelping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environmentThis is a role where your presence genuinely makes a difference every day.
