32, WS-5801-12, you will plan use of subordine workers, equipment, facilities, and merials. Establish deadlines, priorities, and work sequences, and plan work assignments based on work schedules, methods, and policies. Coordine work with other supervisors. Assign tasks based on readiness and explain work requirements, methods, and procedures. Investige work reled problems such as excessive costs or low productivity and implements corrective actions. Plan and establish leave schedules. Determine training needs of subordines and arrange for accomplishment. Set performance standards, and make formal appraisals of subordine work performance. Perform the non-supervisory work of the function, as needed. Ensure employee compliance with standing opering procedures established for the activity. Ensure use of quality conformant products through compliance with established merials shelf life programs. Ensure all aspects of Force Protection to include physical security, facility and vehicle key control, property accountability, access control and employee protection in accordance with established policies and regulions. Ensure established procedures to account for all property and equipment in accordance with regulions and policies. Ensure employees wear approprie safety equipment and follow pertinent safety precautions. Prepare for and participe in readiness evaluions, inspections, mobilizion and command support exercises. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

You must maintain membership in the Kentucky Nional Guard. You must be assigned to a compible military position. Wear of the military uniform. Position may require a pre-employment physical. May be subject to furlough actions. May be required to successfully complete a probionary period. Participion in direct deposit is mandory. Must obtain a favorable adjudicion of a T3 or equivalent investigion. Acceptance of a Federal position may termine a military bonus. Acceptance of a Federal position will termine Tricare Reserve Select (TRS) eligibility. This position is loced on a tobacco free facility. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Experience which demonstres the ability to organize assignments for subordines and explain manuals and work procedures. Experience estiming merial and manpower needed for specific jobs. Experience preparing production records, work records and reports.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

Must have 36 months experience diagnosing, repairing, overhauling, and modifying vehicles, equipment, and systems. Experience applying independent judgment in determining methods and techniques required to solve maintenance and repair problems. Experience in testing, inspecting, and evaluing the work performed on vehicles, equipment and systems. Experience which demonstres the ability to plan, direct, and organize work assignments for lower grade personnel. Experience reviewing work requirements and establishing priorities to meet deadlines. Experience which demonstres the ability to supervise and communice knowledge of general supervisory concepts, and knowledge of shop processes. Experience in adapting existing equipment and techniques to new situions.
