Required Skills:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Valid surgical license in the relevant state Proven experience in general surgery procedures and practices Strong knowledge of surgical techniques, protocols, and patient safety standards Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team Nice to

Have Skills:

Board certification in General Surgery or equivalent specialty certifications Experience with minimally invasive or laparoscopic surgery Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Prior experience in a hospital or surgical center environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

Completion of a surgical residency program Minimum of 2-3 years of post-residency clinical experience in general surgery
