Private Orthopaedic Surgery practice seeks a fellowship trained Spine Surgeon. Group covers five hospitals; Spine Surgeon currently works out of three. Replace a Surgeon who is leaving the practice; existing book of business a physician can pick up on quickly. Private practice offers an "eat what you treat" model. Affluent area known for its diversity and excellent school systems. 30 minutes to Chicago.
