This person would be a primary face of the practice as patients arrive. Looking for the right individual to contribute to our great team. Desire team members who are charismatic, demonstrate empathy, hard working, kind, professional, honest, efficient and love working with patients of all ages! Will need an individual that works well as a team player, joyful and enjoys interacting with people. Must have excellent work attendance! Must be self motivated, very organized and present themselves professionally well with staff, referrals and patients. Must have experience with insurance verification, authorization and A/R. Must be proficient in Microsoft office and have the quick ability to learn an EMR. Position would be ideally 5 days per week yet potentially negotiable. Please send resume and references. Insurance and benefit verification Prior authorization for imaging Assist with A/R Calling insurance companies Assist with posting payments and surgery authorization as needed Interacting with patient's at their appointments and comfortable discussing their medical and dental insurance Scheduling Management of patient's software records Answering high call volume Management of patients/referrals Assist with treatment plan discussions as needed Inter-office referral communication Scanning into EMR Assist with office email Mandated experience: Microsoft office/365, Customer experience Preferred experience: Knowledge of both medical and dental insurance
