Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our flexible, teamfocused surgical services department. You will work as part of a collaborative team of three, supporting a daily caseload of 8-10 surgeries across a variety of specialties, including General Surgery, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Urology, and Podiatry. This role also includes occasional float support to Endoscopy based on departmental needs. Schedule & Call Requirements Day shift: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 4 days a week Call rotation: 1 weeknight and 1 weekend call shift every 4-5 weeks Holiday rotation: 1-2 major holidays per year What We Offer A supportive environment centered on teamwork Opportunities to broaden your skills across multiple surgical specialties A strong, collaborative culture where technologists work closely together to ensure exceptional patient care This is an excellent opportunity for a Surgical Technologist who values adaptability, teamwork, and contributing to a highperforming clinical team. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1.Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology required. 2.License/Certifications:
Current BCLS and certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required within 6 months of start date. Positions located in Hampshire are required to have a Hampshire Med Tech License or NH EMT License with National Registry Certification. 3.Experience:
One year of experience preferred.
