Acts as oversight and security agent for management and State Gaming Authorities. Utilizes necessary equipment to identify, record and document illegal and/or unusual activities occurring in areas under surveillance and reports same to appropriate personnel. Protects the assets of the company. Performs other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Monitors activities of guests and employees on the casino floor (table game and slot operations), cage, and count room by way of closed circuit television (CCTV) system and personal observation for criminal activities and/or violations of regulations, policies and procedures, or internal controls. Reports all violations and suspicious behaviors to supervisors, verbally or in writing. Maintains records of department activities and makes appropriate reports during assigned shifts. Reviews video recordings associated with all aspects of the operations. Protects all company assets. Monitors alarm system.

DUTIES PHYSICAL 20/20

Ability to work in a confined area. Manual dexterity to operate CCTV equipment effectively. Ability to work overnight hours. MENTAL Analytical, detailed and precise. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to make objective, unbiased decisions in accordance with policies and procedures. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide without a calculator.

REQUIREMENTS

Computer literate. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. High School diploma or GED. Team player. No felony convictions.
