In your role as the Surveillance Team Manager, you will support the Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) by managing surveillance team activities in support of practical exercises associated with JCITA course offerings. You will schedule and coordinate surveillance role players and surveillance teams, oversee compliance with established training guidelines, manage surveillance equipment accountability, and work closely with Instructors and SMEs to ensure learning objectives are met. Your Responsibilities Manage surveillance team activities in support of JCITA course offerings Schedule and coordinate surveillance role players and surveillance teams to support practical exercises Plan, create, and staff complex work schedules based on customer priorities and requirements Maintain familiarity with JCITA courses being taught and the roles surveillance teams and role players perform during practical exercises Oversee surveillance team members to ensure compliance with established training guidelines and learning objectives Serve as approving authority to ensure reports are standardized in format, detailed, complete, and accurate prior to submission Maintain accountability for contractor-acquired and government-furnished surveillance equipment used by role players Charge, update, issue, and recover surveillance equipment in coordination with the Electronics and Communication Technician Work jointly with Instructors and SMEs to support course learning objectives Serve as a surveillance team member or surveillance team lead when necessary Apply broad knowledge of surveillance techniques to support realistic and effective practical exercises Your Qualifications Seven (7) years demonstrated experience related to surveillance operations, surveillance team management, training support, scheduling, or practical exercise support, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years Experience planning, creating, and staffing complex work schedules based on customer priorities and requirements Ability to manage surveillance team activities and coordinate surveillance role players and surveillance teams Familiarity with courses taught and the roles surveillance teams and role players perform in the execution of practical exercises Broad knowledge of surveillance techniques Strong oral communication skills Demonstrated experience as an approving authority to ensure reports are standardized in format, detailed, complete, and accurate prior to submission Demonstrated experience overseeing surveillance team members to ensure compliance with established training guidelines and learning objectives Ability to maintain accountability, charging, updating, issuing, and recovery of contractor-acquired and government-furnished surveillance equipment Ability to work jointly with Instructors and SMEs in support of learning objectives Experience and capability to serve as a surveillance team member or surveillance team lead when necessary Possess a valid U.S. driver's license Demonstrated experience using MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with surveillance team members, role players, instructors, SMEs, and Government stakeholders TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required group id: 10374735 Apply now
