Sushi Chef

Teikoku is an acclaimed Asian fusion restaurant located in Newtown Square, PA and is seeking a talented and passionate Sushi Helper to join our culinary team.

JOB SUMMARY

Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri, and sashimi Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day Maintain positive co-worker and guest relations at all times Follow prep work as specified by the Sushi Director & Executive Chef Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy Follow directions thoroughly Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team Work with minimal supervision Maintain confidentiality of company information and recipes

QUALIFICATIONS
