Full Job Description About Us:

At MRBL Steak and Sushi, we blend the artistry of sushi with the bold flavors of fine steak, creating a unique dining experience for our guests. We are dedicated to excellence in both cuisine and service, and we're seeking a talented Sushi Roller to join our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality sushi and sashimi using traditional techniques and fresh, seasonal ingredients. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and innovate menu offerings. Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained. Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sushi Roller in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant. Strong knowledge of sushi techniques, seafood preparation, and flavor pairings. Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
