Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales tracking. Monitor shift performance, resolve customer issues promptly, and ensure a smooth dining experience. Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to uphold service excellence and operational standards. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to support restaurant profitability. Lead by example in maintaining a lively, energetic atmosphere that reflects the vibrant culture of Japanese cuisine. Qualifications Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant, preferably with fine dining or casual dining background. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams within the food industry or hospitality management roles. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Background in kitchen management, food production, or culinary arts is preferred. Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and shift operations effectively. Previous experience in training & development of staff within a restaurant environment is advantageous.
