Suspension Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled Suspension Technician to join our truck and accessories team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various automotive suspension systems, ensuring that vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Conduct repairs on powertrain systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Execute suspension installation tasks, including alignment and structural adjustments as needed. Utilize both power tools and hand tools effectively to complete repairs efficiently. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Document all repairs and services performed, maintaining accurate records for customer reference. Skills Proficient in automotive diagnostics with a strong understanding of powertrain and suspension systems. Experience in alignment techniques. Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive issues. Familiarity with welding processes is a plus. Competence in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred.
