Swim Lesson Instructor

Duties Responsibilities Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed Requirements Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques Strong background in water safety and survival skills CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult) preferred Excellent communication, organizational, time management and creative teaching skills Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally A love and passion for swimming and children! Skills Prior experience as a lifeguard or in water safety roles preferred. Knowledge of swimming techniques and physical education methods. Excellent communication skills to motivate learners and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
