Summary :
Oversees the quality and success of Healthtrax Swim Academy's daily operations including staffing, scheduling, cash management, advertising, assisting in building the swim program, able to teach lessons while the program builds.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Directs and controls the daily operations to ensure the school is running according standard operating procedures. Assists VPGD with fulfillment of the daily tasks. Manages the staff to ensure high productivity, excellent performance and positive employee satisfaction. Trains and oversees aquatics department to provide superior swim instruction. Interacts with teachers on issues related to class scheduling, student progress, customer service and employee performance and training. Helps advertise and build the existing program. Fulfills other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.
Qualifications Education/Experience :
High school diploma or GED is required. Customer service experience. Experience working with children and adults, experienced swim instructor and/or manager.
Certificates and Licenses:
Swim Instructor Certification, CPR/AED and first Aid certification required. Share job details to
