Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The Pool Technician will be responsible for maintaining pools and pool equipment to ensure they are in optimal condition.

Duties:

• Perform routine pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, backwashing filters, cleaning filters, and checking chemical levels.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
• Ensure pools meet safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform equipment repair a plus!
• Knowledge of pool maintenance practices and procedures
• Ability to communicate with customers
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately
• Valid driver's licence and insurance.
• Experience is required to apply
• Available M-F and one Saturday per month for filter cleaning.

We DO NOT pay by hour, we pay by pool. average 4-6 hours per day including filter cleanings. 48 pools per week, $15 per pool. Filter & salt cell cleanings are paid as piece work.
