Swimming Pool Sitework Specialist

Job Overview We are a Swimming Pool Construction company seeking an experienced Grading & Hardscape professional to spearhead our pool & patio projects.. In this role, you will take freshly installed pools and complete the grading, making job ready for hardscape and in soe case retaining walls and steps. Duties Work with Project Manager to understand site plan Grade pool and patio projects for hardscape , retaining wall and or step installation Manage trucks, trailers and equipment & drive small dump trucks and tow trailers and dump trailers responsibly and according to legal standards (medical card) Manage site materials and coordinate dump trucks for removal and ordering necessary material Understand site drawings and bring project from not ready to ready for hardscape or concrete installation Skills Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, and hardscape construction techniques Proven supervising experience leading teams on large-scale outdoor projects Skilled in base material preparation and compaction standards for roads, walkways, patios, pooldecks, retaining walls, steps, etc. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with vendors to coordinate materials, and ability to communicate scopes, plans, and changes with customers Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and landscape operations Adaptability to changing project demands while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Grading & Hardscape Lead if you're passionate about quality work through expert craftsmanship and inspiring leadership.
