Swimming Pool Technician

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Pool Industry Team Leader for the 2026 season. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in the pool industry and maintenance experience! Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team responsible for swimming pool openings, closings, cleaning, and ongoing maintenance. Oversee and perform repairs and installations of pool equipment, including pumps, motors, heaters, and filters. Program and troubleshoot pool systems to ensure optimal performance. Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Communicate effectively with clients and address any service concerns. Required Experience & Skills Extensive, hands-on experience in the pool industry is essential. Proven knowledge of pool openings, closings, cleaning, and maintenance/repairs. Demonstrated expertise in installing and servicing pumps, motors, heaters, filters, and related equipment. Ability to program and troubleshoot pool systems. Strong leadership skills with a desire to guide and develop a team. Hardworking, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent service.
