Responsibilities Conduct regular pool inspections to monitor water quality, chemical levels, and overall cleanliness. Perform routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming debris, vacuuming surfaces, and brushing walls to maintain optimal hygiene standards. Maintain and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and circulation systems using hand tools and power tools. Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of pool systems. Apply your mechanical knowledge to diagnose problems accurately and implement effective repair solutions. Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance activities to protect yourself and others. Keep detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, chemical treatments applied, and maintenance schedules. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar pool maintenance role with hands-on equipment repair skills. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various pool systems and components. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and routine maintenance procedures. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of chemical balancing, water testing procedures, and sanitation standards for pools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
