Our Woodland shop runs Monday through Friday, and this full-time swing shift position offers 40+ hour weeks. You'll be operating our tube laser equipment to cut and fabricate components for a wide range of jobs — playing a key role in the quality and efficiency of our production team. We'd love to hear from you if you bring: A collaborative spirit — you enjoy sharing knowledge and helping teammates succeed Solid basic math skills, including working with fractions and decimals Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers Ability to operate forklifts and overhead lifting equipment A genuine commitment to safety — for yourself, your team, and your workspace Strong attendance and punctuality Fluency in written and spoken English; bilingual candidates are especially welcome A high school diploma or equivalent technical training CNC or manual machine experience, including basic troubleshooting and maintenance The ability to diagnose common to mid-level program issues and run basic cuts without a nest or program We take care of our people.
