• Full-time We are hiring an experienced Swiss CNC Setup Machinist to join a precision manufacturing team in Seabrook, New Hampshire .

This role is focused on high-accuracy machining of medical device components using Citizen Swiss-type CNC machines. You will be responsible for full setup, offsets, and troubleshooting of Swiss CNC equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Perform full setup of Swiss CNC machines (Citizen

M32 / L20

preferred) Set tooling, offsets, and make adjustments for tight tolerance parts Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure consistent production quality Work with engineering and production teams to optimize processes Maintain quality standards for medical device components Support production across multiple shifts as needed Required Experience Strong experience as a CNC Setup Machinist Hands-on Swiss CNC machining experience preferred Experience with Citizen, Star, Tsugami, or similar Swiss machines Ability to perform setups and troubleshooting independently Background in precision machining (medical, aerospace, or similar industries) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Citizen M32 or L20 machines Medical device manufacturing experience Ability to work in a high-precision, quality-focused environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Schedule & Compensation Full-time, permanent position Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, 3rd shift) Overtime available and consistently offered
