AOCformulations.com/en-amr . We are currently looking for a Synthesis Chemist to join the Research and Development team based in Collierville, TN. The Synthesis Chemist will be responsible for developing cutting-edge composites and coating thermoset resins. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-focused environment to contribute to the advancement of thermoset resin technologies. Responsibilities Design and perform hands-on laboratory experiments to support composite and coatings product development. Operate and oversee pilot plant production to scale up innovations. Collaborate with customers and colleagues. Document experiment processes and findings. Adhere to safety standards, company policies and government regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Other duties as assigned Qualifications B.S. or higher in Chemistry or related field from a regionally accredited institution 1+ years of formulations experience; Experience in composites or coatings is a plus Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
