Bridgeway, Inc. is a comprehensive human services organization and a federally designated Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving individuals and families across more than 20 counties in Illinois. Our behavioral health division delivers a full continuum of care — from outpatient therapy and substance use services to crisis, community support, and employment programs — rooted in recovery oriented, person centered values. We are seeking a community systems leader to serve as our Systems of Care Director. This is a high-impact, externally facing role at the intersection of behavioral health, public health, education, housing, and recovery. The Systems of Care Director reports to the Vice President of Behavioral Health and serves as Bridgeway's lead agency representative across multiple funded community systems spanning Knox, Warren, and Henderson Counties. What You'll Do Serve as Bridgeway's lead agency representative at cross sector community planning tables and coalitions, championing a "no wrong door" approach to connecting individuals and families with behavioral health, substance use, healthcare, housing, employment, transportation, and justice-related supports. Provide programmatic direction and oversight across a portfolio of funded community systems of care — currently including the Illinois Children's Healthcare Foundation

initiative, the West Central Illinois Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC), the IDHS Program 520 Regional Donated Funds Initiative, and community foundation-supported consumer programs — ensuring deliverables, compliance, and reporting obligations are met. Direct Bridgeway's Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) regional training program — one of the most established in Illinois with over 5,100 individuals trained since 2009 — coordinating a team of certified instructors and cultivating training partnerships with employers, schools, healthcare organizations, and government agencies. Build and sustain relationships with a broad network of community partners across health, education, housing, employment, food security, juvenile justice, and children's services, facilitating interagency meetings and ensuring Bridgeway's active presence at community planning tables throughout the region. Coordinate Bridgeway's participation in major community health events, including multi-county SummerFEST events and the annual Discover Wellness Summit. Monitor program outcomes and consumer satisfaction data, identifying opportunities for quality improvement and system strengthening. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Services, Social Work, or a related human services field required. Minimum five (5) years of experience in behavioral health, human services, or healthcare, with demonstrated success in community systems work, cross-sector collaboration, or multi stakeholder coalition leadership. Working knowledge of systems of care frameworks, recovery oriented principles, or community integration models; familiarity with IDHS-funded programs preferred. Mental Health First Aid instructor certification (Adult and/or Teen) or willingness to obtain upon hire. Proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships across diverse community sectors and represent an organization effectively in public facing settings. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent program obligations with accuracy and accountability. Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation; regular travel within Knox, Warren, and Henderson Counties required. What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
