docx Information for Applicants 2024.docx Systems Administrator Job description We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Housing Systems team. The role will require you to work collaboratively as part of a small systems administration team, with precise attention to detail, providing a first point of contact customer-focused service in line with the service level agreements. Following our Standard Operating Procedures, work will include:
  • Maintaining user access.
  • Identifying and resolving issues with data, interfaces and software functionality, escalating appropriately where necessary.
  • Extracting data from systems using the provided tools.
  • Assisting the line manager in planning and implementing system upgrades and new software / systems, and to assist in evaluating their success. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
  • Experience of creating and using (or showing they have the drive and potential to learn) SQL (Structured Query Language).
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for complex data analysis.
  • Experience of determining priorities and managing work effectively to deadlines.
