Responsibilities The Systems Analyst 1 position is an (in-office/remote) responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic's Welcome and Security applications. Although this role is primarily Welcome•and Security-focused, the analyst will collaborate closely with the broader Patient Experience team and may contribute to initiatives, cross-coverage, and optimization efforts across all Epic patient-facing applications including MyChart, Cheers, Hello World, and Cadence. This role focuses on optimizing end‑to‑end digital patient journeys through system configuration, integrations, and workflow automation, delivering an improved user experience and measurable efficiency gains that support modern, patient‑centered healthcare deliver y Successful candidates will demonstrate: Strong communication skills and aptitude for stakeholder collaboration Analytical thinking and problem solving Adaptability in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and excellent time management skills Ability to translate technical and business requirements into practical solutions A collaborative mindset, focused on continuous improvement Must be certified in either Welcome and/or Security RequirementsEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Education and Work Experience:
BS or BA in related field 1 year of experience or an internship with clinical and/or financial applications within a healthcare/physician practice environment. Demonstrated progressive experience with on-line information systems; healthcare environment preferred. Strong analytic and organizational skills, particularly in planning, communications, process design and problem solving. Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of users who have a varying level of computer expertise. Current experience and/or certification in configuring Epic a plus.SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with other personnel, visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the general public. Must be flexible, have personal integrity, and the ability to function effectively as a team with other employees. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions. Min USD $35.26/Hr. Max USD $63.47/Hr.
