Systems Engineer (CMOSS)

This program supports the development and integration of advanced mission systems and open architecture solutions used in support of national defense initiatives. The team is focused on next-generation technologies involving CMOSS/SOSA-aligned systems, hardware/software integration, virtualization, and mission-critical engineering solutions in a highly collaborative environment. The Systems Engineer will support the design, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of advanced hardware and software solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting hardware/software integration efforts across mission systems
• Working with technologies such as SBCs, FPGAs, GPUs, and embedded platforms
• Performing system troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues
• Supporting virtualization and networking environments
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams on system architecture and integration activities
• Assisting with system validation, testing, and overall engineering lifecycle support
• Supporting secure and high-performance mission-critical solutions Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with systems integration, embedded systems, or hardware/software engineering
• Familiarity with Linux environments, virtualization, and networking protocols/tools
• Experience with troubleshooting and system-level problem resolution
• Understanding of test automation and scripting is a plus
• Exposure to CMOSS, SOSA, VPX, or open architecture systems is highly desired
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
