BR Description:
You will be the Systems Engineer - Level 2 for the Configuration Management (CM) Team which is responsible for supporting Aeronautics Engineering and Technology initiatives across Air Mobility & Maritime Missions. As the Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for driving disciplined configuration management practices that safeguard product integrity and enable rapid mission delivery.Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting Configuration Status Accounting and maintain accurate configuration data.
- Executing Configuration Control activities, including change evaluation, approval, and implementation.
- Conducting Configuration Audits and IUID tracking to ensure compliance with program requirements.
- Collaborating with internal and external customers and suppliers on CM processes and issue resolution.

- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field Systems Engineering experienceDesired Skills:
Solid written and oral skills Effective interpersonal communication Experience working with Suppliers Familiar with engineering drawing practices and Statements-of-Work Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Familiar with Tableau Experience developingDatabases Security Clearance Statement:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
