Job Description Job Summary:
Mercury Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer to assist in the development of the next-generation of Mercury's industry-leading edge processing solutions. In this role, you will be supporting Mixed Signal and Electronic Warfare product lines, RF Systems, embedded systems, and Space programs. You'll be working in a matrix organization on multi-disciplined engineering teams while collaborating with program management, operations, and our leadership to meet customer needs.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Science degree or higher in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline. Typically requires 4 + years of Systems Engineering experience with requirements, integration, verification and validation. Experience with RF and Mixed Signal, ADC and DAC, heterogenous (FPGA and SoC) processing applications. Experience executing System Engineering activities such as translating stakeholder needs in the form of operational concept development, functional/physical architecture definition, requirements development, interface definition, verification and validation, technical baseline management, and transition to production. Experience in Systems Engineering execution as part of an IPT throughout the complete program lifecycle. Ability to travel, up to 20% of the time. This position requires you to have or be able to obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline. Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher) at time of application. Design experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Familiarity with high-performance RF and digital processing solutions as applied to radar and Electronic Warfare systems. Applied experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, with Cameo Enterprise Architect and SysML modeling. Experience with Jama, Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket. #LI-RL1 "This position requires you to have or obtain a government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens." Pay Grade Range Fulltime Equivalent Job Grade Salary Range for this position- $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees
- $84,000.00 - $168,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA
- $88,500.00 - $177,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in NJ Additional Information Mercury considers a variety of factors to determine individual base salary offers to candidates, including:
