Systems Integrator

Systems integration engineering role supporting complex aerospace, aviation, ground, and satellite communication systems. Job Requirements 8+ years of relevant Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering experience on complex systems Experience with systems integration for complex aerospace or defense systems Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and related program management tools Ability to travel occasionally to CONUS and OCONUS locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, the UK, and Europe Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance Experience reviewing system design and integration documentation Experience supporting manufacturing, quality, airworthiness, configuration management, or data management activities Experience translating customer needs into written requirements, ConOps, and functional architectures Preferred Skills A&P Mechanic certification Avionics experience in military and commercial aviation Cabling and wiring experience SATCOM experience Fiber optic repair experience Experience supporting aviation communication systems Experience supporting ground communication systems Experience supporting satellite communication systems Experience with test stands, launch facilities, hardware testing, or vehicle operation support Job Responsibilities Perform systems integration activities for complex aerospace and communication systems Review system designs and integration approaches Support manufacturing, quality, airworthiness, configuration management, and data management activities Review, develop, and update program documentation related to systems integration requirements and issues Support design and development of aviation, ground, and satellite communication systems Support test stands and launch facilities used for hardware and vehicle testing and operations Translate customer needs into written requirements, ConOps, and functional architectures Support program teams with technical documentation, integration planning, and system-level issue resolution
