2:00 PM•10:30 PM Job Summary We are hiring experienced Travel LPNs for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility in Rutland, Vermont . This is a great opportunity for LPNs with strong LTC experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced patient care setting. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, assist with treatment plans, and support the clinical team with daily care needs.
