In this role, you will be responsible for accurately dealing a variety of casino table games, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all players. Your friendly demeanor, sharp attention to detail, and strong communication skills will help foster a lively atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, energetic setting dedicated to guest satisfaction. Base rate $10.00 per hour plus hourly tip rate. Duties Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when interacting with our guests and fellow associates. Assists customers with any problems or requests. Ensures the highest standards of guest service; utilizing the 3 Feathers Guest Service Program. Ensures efficiency and security are maintained in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the company. Demonstrates excellent communication skills, dynamic personality and strong interpersonal skills. Ensures the safeguarding of casino assets. Adheres to all Tribal Gaming Commission, company and departmental policies, and procedures while dealing assigned game. Maintains a smooth and efficient game pace. Is able to deal games efficiently, accurately and in accordance with internal controls Is able to work flexible shifts. Other duties as assigned by the Table Games Supervisor. Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain game rules and procedures Experience in customer service or guest relations within a casino or similar environment is preferred Basic math skills for quick calculations involving chips, payouts, and bets Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly under pressure Conflict management skills to address disputes calmly and professionally Knowledge of casino operations and familiarity with table game rules is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Must be energetic, attentive, and able to stand for extended periods while maintaining focus on gameplay Complete 160 hours of training and pass an audition.
