  • 80,000 total compensation (with opportunity to earn more) Overview We are a rapidly growing, privately held organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale recruiting across multiple departments, with a primary focus on sales hiring .

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both build systems and execute —managing a small recruiting team while actively driving hiring results. You'll play a direct role in fueling company growth by ensuring we consistently attract and hire high-performing talent. What You'll Do Lead and manage a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators Develop team performance in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates Own recruiting efforts across sales, marketing, operations, and administrative roles Personally drive hiring for sales positions (primary focus) Ensure training classes and hiring targets are met consistently and on time Build and improve recruiting processes to support growth Manage recruiting spend across platforms (Indeed, job boards, etc.) Track and report on key recruiting metrics (daily, weekly, quarterly) Partner with leadership, trainers, and hiring managers to evaluate hiring success Manage ATS and external recruiting partnerships What We're Looking For Proven experience in recruiting (agency or in-house) Experience hiring for sales roles or high-volume environments strongly preferred Leadership experience (formal or informal) Strong ability to drive results, not just activity Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, performance-focused environment Ability to manage multiple priorities across departments Strong communication and decision-making skills What Makes This Role Different Player-coach model : you lead, but you're also in the trenches Direct impact on company growth and expansion High level of ownership over recruiting strategy and execution Opportunity to build scalable systems, not just fill roles Compensation & Growth Base salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement as the company grows Apply Now If you're looking for a role where you can own recruiting, build systems, and drive real impact , we'd like to connect.
