What You'll Do:

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs across trades, project management, engineering, and office support roles Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding—ensuring a seamless candidate experience Use creative sourcing strategies to find top talent in a competitive labor market Represent our company at job fairs, trade schools, and networking events Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and hiring dashboards Champion employer branding initiatives to highlight our culture and career paths

What You Bring:
