Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-impact experience across the early talent lifecycle, including externs, interns, and development program participants. The role is responsible for executing core operational processes that support recruiting, onboarding, programming, performance management, and offboarding activities. You will support over 250 early talent participants annually. Working closely with Program Managers, recruiters, HRConnect, and business stakeholders, you will ensure operational excellence, process integrity, and an exceptional participant experience at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Operations & Coordination Manage ETP shared mailbox and daily communications, ensuring timely and professional responses Schedule and coordinate onboarding sessions, training, and programming for interns and development program participants Support large-scale program logistics for cohorts of ~230 interns and ~40 development program participants Onboarding & Offboarding Execution Execute onboarding and offboarding processes through HRConnect, partnering with HR operations Develop and deliver participant communications using standardized templates Coordinate timelines, stakeholder inputs, and documentation for onboarding readiness Systems & Data Management Create and maintain talent pools and distribution lists within Workday Administer new hire and program surveys (extern, intern, and DP) using MS Forms and monitor response rates Maintain data integrity and generate reports to support tracking and decision-making Performance Management Support Configure Workday forms and track completion of manager assessments and participant feedback Monitor progress, follow up with stakeholders, and support performance tracking and reporting cycles Program Logistics & Experience Delivery Track intern and development program materials ("flipbooks") Coordinate logistics for events, catering, and vendor management Oversee relocation program initiation and facilitate transition support sessions Support end-to-end program events, ensuring high-quality and consistent delivery Financial & Administrative Management Manage program-related expenses through Concur Maintain expense reconciliation trackers and support budget visibility Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years supporting HR, recruiting, or program operations (early talent experience preferred) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills at all levels Preferred Experience with Workday, HRConnect, SmartRecruiters, or similar
ATS & HRIS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience in early talent programs, campus recruiting, or high-volume program coordination Experience with data tracking, reporting, and process improvement
