Job Description

WFQ Inc. is seeking a proactive, results-oriented Talent Acquistion Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and outreach to interviews and onboarding.t. This position will be on site at our Canton office. WFQ provides quality candidates to some of the leading manufacturing companies in Metro Detroit. This position plays a key role in supporting our growth by aligning hiring efforts with company objectives and leadership needs. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Candidates must also be available for weekend recruiting if needed. Responsibilities for the
Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including candidate sourcing, consultation with hiring managers, candidate interviews, and offer extensions. Partner with HR and Hiring Manager to identify needs, job specifications, job experience, knowledge, abilities, cultural fit, and other data relevant to the selection process, to hire the right talent based on business needs Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calling and lead generation, to identify qualified candidates Accurately track candidate activity, communications, and progress within (ATS) Provide quick and responsive feedback to candidates and clients. Ensure all recruiting practices comply with applicable employment and labor laws. Requirements for the
Talent Acquisition Specialist:
3-4 years of full lifecycle recruiting and experience with a successful track record in recruiting in manufacturing, logistics, and automotive.
Strong proficiency leveraging technology:
tools/social media, Job Board Platforms, ATS, computer skills, as well as proactive recruiting and sourcing Manages multiple tasks, meets deadlines, and prioritizes multiple projects that require a high level of detail orientation to ensure timely fill rates in a fast-paced, growing entrepreneurial environment. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and networks. Strong Ability to recruit in a highly competitive market.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
