How You'll Make an Impact Finding creative ways to attract qualified candidates for a multitude of frontline roles while matching them based on knowledge, skills, and abilities. What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience 3+ years of sourcing, full cycle recruiting, or talent acquisition experience with proven success in utilizing a range of recruitment tools and resources. Preferred Qualifications Experience 3+ years multi-state recruitment to include geography-based sourcing strategies within a metric driven environment. 3+ years proven tech savviness of ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
