Our Corte Madera Taproom, located in the Town Center, brings Fieldwork's rotating beers and non-alcoholic options to the heart of the North Bay. With a vibrant indoor-outdoor layout, family-friendly atmosphere, and a full food menu featuring both Neapolitan and Detroit-style pizzas, the Corte Madera location reflects our mission of quality beer and community connection.

Position Overview:

We're seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as part-time Fieldwork Associates . If you love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, have an eye for detail, and are passionate about creating a welcoming guest experience—this could be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Guide guests through beer selections, answer questions, and make thoughtful recommendations Operate the register accurately (cash and credit transactions) Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the taproom Assist with setup, breakdown, and daily taproom operations Help stock and merchandise retail displays Support food prep and handling, ensuring safety and sanitation standards Stay current on beer offerings and Fieldwork knowledge Adhere to all alcohol service laws and internal policies

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles Friendly and proactive communication style Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with food prep is a plus Knowledge or interest in craft beer is a bonus—not a must Must be 21+ with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs TIPS, RBS, or similar alcohol certification preferred

Compensation Range:
