Tasting Room Attendants /Manager for NEW Winery PT/FT

There are several positions available at our New Hume Location for a winery and our new distillery tasting room (PT/FT Tasting Room/FT Tasting Room Manager). Our Tasting Room Attendants provide exceptional customer service by creating enjoyable experiences for our customers while sharing your knowledge of our history, our wines and our hard ciders. A unique and varied role, Tasting Room Attendants are responsible for providing wine/cider tastings, handling retail sales, assisting with Wine Club Member activities, answering calls, maintaining stock and over all cleanliness of the tasting room, preparing food as needed and assisting with events. Teamwork, customer service, sales-focused and a great attitude are essential! Please let us know if you have Management experience. years of age Available to work a flexible schedule including some weekdays, most weekends and holidays Able to lift and carry 40 pounds Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hour per day Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task Willing to work as an integral part of a dynamic team Customer focused Sales driven Excellent interpersonal (people) skills Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills Previous retail and/or wine industry experience a plus Supervisory experience a PLUS!
