Tax Director / Senior Tax Manager | Gaithersburg, MD (On-site) We're working with a high-growth, family-owned CPA firm that operates with a private equity-style mindset-fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative. They're looking for a Tax Director or Senior Tax Manager to step into a true leadership role within their expanding tax practice. ???? Compensation

• $180K - $275K base

• 7-15+ years in public accounting
• Strong generalist tax background
• SALT / multistate exposure
