Due to rapid client growth and the upcoming retirement of a senior partner, we have a definitive succession path available for a motivated professional. The Opportunity Unlike firms with vague "partnership tracks," this role is a strategic necessity for our leadership transition. You will manage a diverse portfolio, act as a primary advisor to business owners, and prepare to take over a high-performing book of business as a future shareholder.

What You Will DoStrategic Oversight:

Lead tax planning and review for businesses and individuals.

Client Advisory:

Serve as a face of the firm, building relationships within the Sarasota community.

Succession Leadership:

Collaborate with current partners to ensure a smooth transition of leadership.

Technical Excellence:

Maintain high-quality standards in complex tax preparation and review.

What We Are Looking ForExperience:

7-10 years in public accounting with an active CPA license.

The "Plus": Experience with High-Net-Worth individuals is preferred but not mandatory.

Mindset:

A proactive, community-focused professional with "ownership" potential.

Presence:

Excellent communication skills for high-touch client interaction.

Commitment:

This is a 100% on-site role. We are looking for candidates already in the area or those ready to relocate to Sarasota.

Compensation & Path to

OwnershipBase Salary:

$100,000•$150,000 (Based on experience and productivity).

Bonus:

$20,000•$40,000 annual range.
