Tax Manager Public Accounting

Job DescriptionJob Description Overview We are looking for a team-oriented tax professional who possess a broad understanding of the tax code with specialized knowledge in a particular area(s) of Individuals, S-Corporations, Partnerships, estate and gift tax to join our team. Responsibilities Ability to prepare and review working trial balance and year-end adjusting entries. Ability to review returns for accuracy, completeness and provide tax planning opportunities Good research, verbal and written communication skills. Utilize tax and accounting software such as Excel, Word. Experience with CCH Axcess Tax and Engagement is a plus Ability to provide assistance and mentor staff. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related fields. Five or more years of public accounting tax experience. CPA Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Outgoing personality and the desire to work with staff and clients.
