You have active CPA license or working towards obtaining CPA license preferred; Enrolled Agent (EA) certification also accepted. You have 2-4 years of tax experience within public accounting. You have a well-rounded knowledge of tax accounting principles and IRS regulations. You actively stay up-to-date on the ever-changing tax industry's regulations and policies. You are a self-starter who enjoys working independently and in a team environment. You are able to focus on complex tasks and will quickly understand the firm's comprehensive compliance processes.
