Tax Senior - Public Accounting

Job DescriptionJob Description Norton Collar Lund Lilley, PLLC is looking for a full-time tax senior/supervisor to join our growing CPA practice. We provide tax compliance, audit, attest, and accounting consulting services to business entities, not-for-profits, and individuals. This position is for a self-motivated tax professional with a strong desire to be a vital part of a 9-10 person team of accounting professionals. This position will be involved in all phases of the client tax advisory and compliance process. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to perform complex tax tasks in addition to a desire to supervise and train junior staff.

Job responsibilities include:

Performing technical review of individual and business income tax returns Prepare complex business and individual returns Independently research and advise on tax issues Training, supervising and motivating staff Providing helpful feedback to staff in relation to their work product Managing and serving as first point of contact for multiple client tax engagements We are a well-established local CPA firm in North Raleigh with a diverse client base paying a competitive salary based on experience. Position is a full time or hybrid (Minimum 3 days a week) in office arrangement.
