Medical Assistant Trainee (Earn While You Learn)
Location:
Bridgeport, Washington :
Full-Time (Entry-Level) The Mission At Family Health Centers, we believe healthcare is a right, not a privilege. We serve our community regardless of their ability to pay. We are looking for compassionate individuals who want to start a career in medicine and make a tangible difference in people's lives. No experience? No problem. We will provide the training and cover the costs for your Registration. The Opportunity This is a "Bridge-to-Career" position. You will start as a Trainee, learning the ropes of a clinical environment through hands-on experience. We will support you through your Medical Assistant (MA) Registration process while paying you a full-time wage.
What we provide:
On-the-Job Training:
Learn vitals, patient intake, and clinical workflows from our experienced team.
Certification Support:
We cover the cost of your MA training.
Mentorship:
Direct guidance from Nurses and Providers. What You'll Do Greet patients and help them feel comfortable during their visit. Assist clinical staff with basic tasks (taking weight/height, rooming patients). Maintain clean and organized exam rooms. Learn to use Electronic Health Records (EHR) to document patient information. Provide empathetic care to a diverse population with varied needs.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. A commitment to completing the MA Registration within 60 days of hire. Bilingual skills are a huge plus, especially Spanish! Why Join Us?
